ModelSheet Software observes this policy in order to meet the company's commitment to customer privacy.
Collected Information
At the time you express interest in obtaining additional information, or when you register for any of the company's services
("Services"), or when you purchase one of company's product ("Products"), ModelSheet may request additional personal information,
such as title, department name, fax number, or additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees,
or industry. You can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked.
ModelSheet,
or its billing agent, collects information such as name and address, credit card number, and in some cases, the number of
users within the organization that will be using the Products or Services and other financial qualifications. The company
may also ask customers who register to use the Services or who purchase Products from the site to provide contact information
such as their name, company name, address, phone number, email address.
ModelSheet uses the collected information
to set up Services for individuals and their organizations, for billing purposes, and to deliver requested Products and
Services. We may also use the information to contact customers to discuss their interest in the company, the Products and
Services that the company provides, and to send information regarding the company or its partners such as promotions and
events. In addition, ModelSheet may send emails regarding updates to its products or company, and may send a periodic newsletter.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Except as explicitly stated at the time of an information request, or as provided for in the ModelSheet Software Master
Subscription Agreement or End User License Agreement, the company does not disclose to third parties customer-supplied information
for any purposes other than those specified herein.
Additional Information
ModelSheet reserves the right to amend this policy and will provide reasonable notification of any material changes prior
to them taking effect.
