This model provides a framework for ranking alternative courses of action based on multiple evaluation criteria. You can
specify the alternative courses of action, the evaluation criteria, the relative weights of the criteria, and the score
for each alternative on each criterion. It optionally analyzes risks of the alternatives, and provides a version of scores
that takes into account the uncertainty in quality of outcomes and your risk tolerance / risk aversion.

Inputs to the model include:
- A list of alternative actions
- A list of criteria for evaluating the alternative actions
- A list of weights for the decision criteria. The weights are the same for all alternative actions.
- A quantitative rating of each alternative for each decision criterion.
The Advanced version analyzes decisions with uncertain outcomes. You enter the uncertainty in the scoring of each alternative on each evaluation criteria, and a measure of your risk aversion. The model adjusts the scores to include risk in the ranking of the alternatives. The Template is Easy to Use
