    • Short term liabilities: accounts payable, short-term debt & interest expense
    • Long term liabilities: loans and interest expense
  6. 6. Balance Sheet - Equity
    • Paid-in capital and sale of stock
    • Retained earnings and dividends
  7. 7. Valuation
    • Values the business based on present value of net income
    • Includes estimated cash flow after model time
    • Internal rate of return (IRR)
