weighted evaluation criteria. You specify the evaluation criteria, the relative weights of the criteria, and the rating for each opportunity on each
criterion. The output is a quantitative rating for each opportunity with backup ratings for each criterion.

Inputs to the model include:
- A list of job alternatives (company name, position title)
- A list of criteria for evaluating the job opportunities
- A weighting factor for each evaluation criterion. The weights are the same for all job opportunities.
- A quantitative rating of each opportunity for each decision criterion. (We used a range of 0 - 10 for ratings.)
- The currently estimated probability that an offer of employment will be forthcoming
